Almost 59 years to the day, Bob Dylan’s most memorable moment in music history will be celebrated when CAT POWER performs Dylan’s fabled and transformative 1966 Royal Albert Hall Concert set.

In Cat Power’s own rendition of that historic event, the artist otherwise known as Chan Marshall has inhabited each song with equal parts conviction and grace and a palpable sense of protectiveness.

Released as a live album in late 2023, Cat Power Sings Dylan: The 1966 Royal Albert Hall Concert features classics like 'It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue', 'Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues' and ‘Just Like A Woman’ as well as covers from Dylan’s seminal album Blonde on Blonde.

Cat Power and her band brings her spellbinding performance honouring her hero to Australia this February and March in an historic moment, returning, reliving and reforming a pivotal moment in music history.

Supporting Cat Power is Dan Kelly.

Dan Kelly released his sixth studio album Goldfeels to much critical acclaim in September 2024 and has spent the last six months touring Australia and the United States performing solo and with his band Dan Kelly’s Regional Crisis. Dan has plied his trade as a purveyor of uniquely Australian pre apocalyptic hyper narrative soul, folk and adventure music for over twenty years as well as touring and recording as a guitar, bass and piano player with the likes of Paul Kelly, Neil Finn, Bic Runga, Jess Ribeiro, Kasey Chambers, Augie March, SnarskiCircusLindyBand and Spencer P Jones. Dan’s current solo show is a storytelling journey through his back catalogue performed on electric piano and voice with a particular focus on the dark, witty and bushfire smoke laden tales of Goldfeels.
