Your image may also be collected incidentally by photography, video and/or audio recordings made at City Recital Hall events. City Recital Hall occasionally uses those recordings for marketing purposes, and your image or voice may be included in such materials.
City Recital Hall takes our responsibility to keep your information secure seriously. Any personal information collected by City Recital Hall is kept in a centralised and secure storage platform, and only accessible by authorised employees who need access to the information to perform their roles. Security of payment information
Payment information is necessarily provided to City Recital Hall when engaging in financial transactions with us. We take our responsibility to keep those payment details secure seriously.
All transactions on our Website, such as purchasing tickets to events or donating to City Recital Hall, are encrypted, meaning no third party that might intercept the data can interpret it. The encrypted payment information is processed by a secure third-party server and is not collected by City Recital Hall.
